Terms of Service (ToS)

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to enter into this agreement, and if you are under the required age you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and by using the Services you represent that you have the authority to enter into this agreement, that any information you provide is accurate, and that your use of the Services complies with applicable laws.

RaveNodes provides game server hosting, VPS services, dedicated servers, web hosting, related software, and other infrastructure services, and may modify, discontinue, or update Services at any time without prior notice.

You agree to provide accurate account information, maintain and update your details, keep login credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

Services are billed according to posted pricing, certain services renew automatically unless canceled, and failed payments may result in suspension, termination, or data deletion.

Refund eligibility is governed by the separate Refund Policy; setup fees and custom services are generally non-refundable, and abuse-related suspensions or chargebacks may result in account action.

All use of the Services is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, and RaveNodes reserves sole discretion to determine violations.

For Minecraft hosting services, customers are solely responsible for all server modifications, plugins, mods, player conduct, backups, and the security of server files and access credentials, and acknowledge that RaveNodes does not review, monitor, or endorse user-generated server content, and further agree not to use the Services to distribute malicious software, operate services in violation of applicable law, circumvent resource limitations, or engage in any activity that adversely affects other customers or the Services.

RaveNodes reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services immediately, with or without prior notice where circumstances require, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, failure to satisfy payment obligations, activities that pose security risks or negatively affect infrastructure or other customers, or where such action is required by applicable law, and any such suspension or termination shall not relieve you of any obligation to pay outstanding amounts owed.

Customers are solely responsible for maintaining backups of their data, and while RaveNodes may provide backup features or services, RaveNodes does not guarantee the availability of backups, the successful restoration of data, or the permanent retention of customer data, and following cancellation or termination of Services, customer data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

RaveNodes will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide reliable service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and service interruptions may occur due to hardware failures, software issues, maintenance, third-party network providers, or other events outside its control, and scheduled maintenance may be performed without liability.

RaveNodes retains all ownership rights in its branding, logos, software, website content, documentation, and proprietary systems, customers retain ownership of their own uploaded content, and customers grant RaveNodes a limited license to use such content solely as necessary to host, process, and provide the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaveNodes shall not be liable for any lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or any indirect, consequential, or special damages, and RaveNodes’ total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RaveNodes and its officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or any user-generated content you submit or make available

Use of the Services is governed by the Privacy Policy, and you consent to the collection and processing of information described therein.

RaveNodes may modify these Terms at any time, without notice. Updated versions become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
