These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by RaveNodes, including games, discord, vps, ip tunnels, and dedicated servers. By using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity on your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Using Our Services
Use our services only as intended and in accordance with applicable laws. Do not interfere with other users’ services, servers, or network operations. Software and servers may occasionally experience bugs, downtime, or misconfigurations. Reporting these issues does not guarantee immediate resolution.
Support and Priority
Our support team is experienced and will assist with legitimate service issues. User-caused problems—such as misconfigured plugins, broken YML/JSON files, or other errors introduced by the user—will be handled at a lower priority than platform-wide or critical service issues. We recommend having a qualified developer if you plan to run complex servers, like Minecraft. While we will help, we are not responsible for issues caused by user mistakes or inexperience. Repeated, abusive, or irrelevant support requests may lead to restricted access or account suspension.
Payments and Refunds
All fees must be paid in full and on time. Refunds are only issued where required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy. Pricing and plans may change with prior notice.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not spam, harass, or threaten staff or other users; exploit or bypass security measures; make unreasonable demands for instant fixes of self-caused issues; or submit false or malicious claims about our services.
Disclaimers and Liability
Services are provided 'as is.' We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss from user errors or misconfigurations. While we aim for uptime and stability, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
