Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (‘AUP’) governs the use of services provided by RaveNodes LLC ('RaveNodes', 'we', 'us', 'our'), and by using our services, you agree to comply with this policy, which forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to all hosting, infrastructure, and related services offered by RaveNodes.

1. Purpose

This policy defines acceptable and responsible behavior when using RaveNodes’ services.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not harass, threaten, or abuse staff or other users; submit spam or false reports; violate laws, third-party rights, or intellectual property; or attempt to exploit or hack our services.

3. Network Abuse

Customers may not conduct, participate in, or facilitate DDoS attacks, booters, stressers, port scanning, vulnerability scanning, network probing, or any activity intended to disrupt or gain access to networks or services.

4. Malware and Malicious Software

Customers may not host, distribute, or facilitate malware, viruses, ransomware, botnets, phishing services, credential theft tools, or any software intended to compromise systems or data.

5. Spam and Unsolicited Communications

Customers may not send unsolicited bulk communications or operate spam, phishing, advertising, or automated messaging services.

6. Cryptocurrency Mining

Customers may not use our services for cryptocurrency mining or any other form of unauthorized mining activities.

7. Copyright Infringement

Customers may not host, distribute, or facilitate the distribution of copyrighted material without permission from the copyright holder.

8. Storage

Our services are intended for hosting applications, websites, game servers, and related operational data. Customers may not use our services as a general-purpose file hosting, archival, backup, or personal cloud storage platform for files unrelated to the operation of the services hosted with us.

9. Pornographic Content

Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content is not permitted on our services. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, images, videos, audio, written material, advertisements, promotional materials, logos, branding, or other assets associated with websites, services, or organizations primarily known for distributing or displaying pornographic material.

10. Resource Abuse and Fair Usage

Customers may not use our services in a manner that excessively consumes resources or violates fair usage policies. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive bandwidth usage, CPU utilization, or disk space consumption.

11. Illegal Content

Customers may not host, distribute, promote, or facilitate illegal content or activities including exploitation material, terrorism, fraud, identity theft, or violent criminal activity.

12. Minecraft EULA Compliance

Customers operating Minecraft services are responsible for complying with all applicable Mojang and Microsoft policies, licensing requirements, and commercial usage guidelines.

13. Monetization

Customers may not implement monetization systems that violate Mojang's commercial usage guidelines or applicable licensing requirements.

14. Enforcement

RaveNodes reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and may issue warnings, restrict services, remove content, suspend accounts, terminate services, or report illegal activity without prior notice.

15. Policy Updates

RaveNodes reserves the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time without prior notice, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
